North Valley Police Station (City of Los Angeles)▕ Mission Hills, CA Provided schematic and civil engineering design of a new 50,000 sq. ft. police station and site compliance with new storm ordinance. Services rendered were hydrology, hydraulic and grading designs.
Compton Community College, Health & SafetyMath/Science Building Designed the civil engineering site design including drainage/grading plans for the new college facility. WES also performed utility connections, estimates and construction coordination for this project.
West Valley Police Station (City of Los Angeles) Performed the civil engineering design services for a 26,676 square-foot police station, a 28,374 square-foot parking structure, a 5,955 square-foot vehicle maintenance building, as well as a fueling station and car wash, on a 3-½ acre site. Services included grading, drainage, utility connections, off-site work, and final site grades.
Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) Performed research, design topographic field surveys, as-built utilities and CADD mapping for the following LAUSD school sites: Osceola Street School, Broadous Elementary School, Catskill Avenue School, North Valley Occupational Center, San Pedro Street Elementary School, Dorothy Johnson High School, and Warner Elementary. Provided construction staking for Belmont/Hollywood Primary Center.
Fire Station #59. (City of Los Angeles) Coordinated all civil engineering design services for an 8,040 square-foot fire station, with an attached vehicle maintenance building. Grading, drainage, utility connections, final site grades, and off-site work were some of the services rendered for the 67,505 sq. ft. parcel. The remaining square footage was designed for a training yard & vehicle parking.
