Construction Staking of New Schools (Los Angeles Unified School District)
Provided construction staking for eight schools district-wide working directly under contractors.  Tasks involved staking property lines, demolition lines, site benchmarks, gridlines, building corners, site utilities and anchor bolt locations for steel structures.  Coordination and research were provided to school sites with deficiencies. 

Hollywood Bowl Renovation/Expansion Project  (County of Los Angeles)
Provided construction staking along with civil engineering design services for the construction of three escalators at the Hollywood Bowl.  Field survey and topographic mapping were performed for the designs. 

San Fernando Bus Rapid Transit (LACMTA Orange Line)▕ San Fernando Valley
Up to four survey crews provided construction staking for seventeen miles of roadway for the new BRT line from North Hollywood to the Warner Center.  This project also included construction staking for 13 transit stations and parking lots.

West Angeles Cathedral▕  3427 W. Exposition, Los Angeles, CA
Performed the construction staking phase of the construction of a high profile, multi-story cathedral. Construction staking included grade stakes, catch basin, grid lines, storm drains and pew layout.

Magnolia Power Plant Project (City of Burbank)▕  Burbank, CA
Performed the construction staking for the caisson layout, foundation layout, electrical substructures, sewer and water structures, bolt pattern layout, plumbing verification of generator turbine modules, and layout for cooling water towers along with associated pipe racks.
