East Valley New High School No. 3 and New Continuation School No. 1(LAUSD)▕  Van Nuys, CA
Provided civil engineering design services for an 18-acre school site with 350,000 sq. ft. gross building floor area. Design work for this project included site grading; drainage; earthwork quantity; utility configuration; and “B”-Permit for new sidewalks, street and storm drain improvements. Also DSA approvals were obtained.

Health & Human Development/University Technology Center, & Child Care Center (California State University Northridge) Northridge, CA
Provided site investigation, utility research and design, site grading and drainage design, topographic survey and mapping for a new technology center and a new child care facility for California State University, Northridge.

Construction Staking of New Schools (LAUSD)
Provided construction staking for nine schools district-wide while working directly under contractors.  Tasks involved staking property lines, demolition lines, site benchmarks, gridlines, building corners, site utilities, and anchor bolt locations for steel structures.  Coordination and research were also provided to school sites with deficiencies. 

South Gate New Elementary School No. 6 (LAUSD)  South Gate, CA
Responsible for the civil plans for a 74,953 sq. ft. elementary school and an 8,912 sq. ft. multi-purpose building.  Services performed included utility coordination and connections; site grading; drainage; earthwork quantity; utility configuration; and offsite improvements for new sidewalks; and street improvements. Provided all construction staking for the contractor.
